Great property. Dinner was excellent - big portions! Probably needed if you have been hiking around the lakes. Pool looked fabulous. Staff very friendly.

Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage - Luxury rooms & Dinner features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking... The location of the cottage is great, which is a walking distance to the entrance 3 of the park. We were very happy with the cleanliness of this place and the available facilities in the room. Most importantly, we were touched and impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We received 5 star hotel treatment. We would highly recommend Plitvice Falls Cottage.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for two nights and would recommend it to anyone who wants to escape a little from everyday life. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the air is fantastic, and I especially liked the nearby church, which gives the place a special soul.

Superb location, exactly what we needed to visit Plitvice National Park. Very clean and equiped with everything you may need ... plus a nice terrace with view to the nearby forest. Also very close to entrance no. 2 ... we left the car in the parking and took a 10 - 15 min walk to Plitvice.

The house was immaculately maintained, and every room was so thoughtfully planned — both stylish and functional, with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we really enjoyed. A very special thank you to our kind and thoughtful host for going above and beyond by providing us with a baby carrier. It made our hike in Plitvice National Park so much easier and more enjoyable. We’re very grateful for such a considerate gesture and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Spa pool after plitvace lane walks , lovely host and so clean and comfortable. Good free parking. Did not use pool as raining but looked lovely and clean.

Matatagpuan sa Plitvica selo, 10 km mula sa Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1 at 13 km mula sa Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 2, nag-aalok ang Boutique Villa Pearl of Plitvice,... Big compliment to the customer service, and the way the guests received us. It definitely makes the difference being received in a kind and helpful way (e.g. giving hints for the Plitvice Lakes walk). Really Good breakfast also a plus. It has Parking lot. For those with tickets to visit the Plitvice Lakes, there is an entrance within walking distance from the Hotel. The overall quality of the experience was superb.
