Best ever decision to stay here. i am a chef and travel for food and i loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))

Located in the heart of Central Jakarta by the famous Bundaran HI, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with sweeping views of the city’s skyline. I made the right decision staying at this historic hotel (the first international 5-star hotel in Jakarta - Indonesia I think). There are a lot of historic photos hanging around the bar area. The room is spacious enough and the bed is quite comfy. I got a free upgrade to a larger room with a bathtub and the view. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my needs. I would say the service here is so personable (all staff were friendly and helped me with every small little things) which made me feel at home immediately. The hotel is connected with Grand Indonesia (a big shopping mall) at the ground floor so you can just walk from your hotel room to the shopping mall, very convenient. I also tried the sauna and swimming pool here, all very great facilities. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back if I have the opportunity.
