We had a wonderful stay and so much so, that we extended it another night! The staff and service was top shelf! We were immediately greeted with the most pleasant attentive people and continued throughout the entire stay. They were so helpful with arranging bicycles and anything we needed. The rules were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was amazing, but you can’t always say that with every hotel in the area. It is on the north side of the island so the quieter side. It is about a 20 minute walk to all the party in the action, so if that’s what you’re looking for it might be a bit far. It was perfect for us as our adult children would go off for the night and party, and we stayed on the beach and drank and watch the sunset and played cards. The pool is amazing and we loved everything about our day. They arranged our snorkelling private tour, which I highly recommend to be on a boat with 30 people almost the same price for four of us. The food for every meal was also amazing! People come to this hotel just for the restaurant. We loved it and the service.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing – it exceeded all our expectations and more. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean and modern. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the restaurant – every single meal we had was delicious. Big compliments to the chef! The 24/7 reception was also a big plus, always available to assist. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made us feel like royalty, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Overall, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you to the entire team for such warm hospitality – we’ll definitely be back!

A Medana Resort Lombok está localizada a 15 minutos a pé da praia e dispõe de fácil acesso às 3 Ilhas Gili. No resort existe uma piscina e restaurante. Os funcionários estão sempre prontos a ajudar e a resolver o uso o que seja necessário. De todo o espaço. O jardim é simplesmente lindo. O quarto é muito confortável, espaço e muito bem decorado. Adorei.

O Hotel Tugu Lombok, localizado na Praia de Sire, disponibiliza quartos espaçosos com varandas privadas. Hotel lindíssimo e super reservado. Uma área verde enorme e de frente para a praia. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados no hotel. Éramos chamados pelo nome, tudo muito cuidadoso e pensado para nos atender da melhor maneira. Café da manhã excelente, restaurante ótimo, funcionários muito prestativos e gentis.

This was the best hotel of our stay. We felt almost privileged to be welcomed in this magnificent, newly renovated hotel. Everything has been studied and thought out to satisfy the customer. The rooms are elegant and clean, and the bathroom is just perfect. The pool is cool and surrounded by superb deckchairs. And the best part is the beach! Directly in front of the hotel, we had breakfast directly with our feet in the sand. It was excellent... frankly, I recommend this paradise nestled on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Santorini Resort Gili Air! We stayed in the Santorini North rooms, which offered a breathtaking sea view… it truly felt like a dream. The beach is literally right in front of the rooms, making the whole experience even more magical. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our terrace was just perfect. The atmosphere is peaceful, the setting is idyllic, and every detail of the resort invites you to relax. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. A true slice of paradise… we couldn’t recommend it more!
