From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like kings, treated like royalty, and cared for like Bollywood stars. The pool area is ideal for both adults and children, and the playful monkey appearances add a charming touch. Keep an eye out for the General Manager and the Head Concierge — both are outstanding and truly elevate the guest experience. While the food was decent (not extraordinary), it’s the personalised service that sets this hotel apart - even a cake with my face on it. Every moment felt thoughtful and curated. The rooms were also exceptional — spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

Nice clean place to stay. Very polite and helpful staff - specially Jai, who accommodated our request for an early check-in. The spa is state-of-the-art with clean hygienic facilities like steam and jacuzzi (though you have to pay extra to use the spa). Recommended.
