The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

We loved everything, the location was breathtaking, the staff very friendly, the breakfast was amazing with so many options and variety, (we really loved the huge jar of Nutella, the honeycomb, the prosciutto crudo, the smoked salmon and the mini krapfen/ donuts) the pool, sauna and steam room facilities were incredible and we loved it! The view from the room was astonishing with the beautiful mountains on the background. When we arrived at the room, we loved the woody smell it was so comforting and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean, with a nice strong shower. The hotel area is fantastic for hikes and to enjoy nature, you will see the friendly alpine cows, goats and beautiful horses enjoying the pastures. This hotel was the cherry on top of our Dolomites trip!

Absolute perfect stay in Bolzano. Nice and friendly staff, excellent restaurant with great choice of local wine, free parking, nice environment. Nice location, near exit of highway.
