Set in Falmouth, 7.6 km from Luminous Lagoon, Ocean Coral Spring Resort - All Inclusive offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

The food was superb and the staff were really great. The atmosphere was electric and there was a general good vibe in the resort. You would find it an exceptional stay and absolute gem.

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

I would have to give this hotel a 10 rate. From the moment of arriving, all staff including security was very helpful and pleasant. The room was not large, but big enough for comfort. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bar and restaurant service were impeccable. The food menu is reasonably priced. The food was good. The ocean views were breathe taking. They have a complimentary buffet breakfast, as well.
