Good all round experience. The food was superb and the staff were really great. The atmosphere was electric and there was a general good vibe in the resort. You would find it an exceptional stay and absolute gem.

Set in Montego Bay in the Saint James Region, 47 km from Runaway Bay, Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach features a year-round outdoor pool, hot tub, a private beach area and a spa and wellness centre. The service was impeccable the room was nice clean,cozy,beautiful. The service of staff and everyone was great courteous, friendly and and just excellent. I'm looking forward to my next 4 trips ..lol

I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Ziva! The staff there was so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember laying in. The food was very delicious in Jamaica roots restaurant and the buffet…absolutely amazing food! I can not wait to return!

This Montego Bay resort features gourmet dining, a gaming lounge and spacious suites with a soaking tub and private balcony. Sangster International Airport is an 8-minute drive from this resort. The food was nice, Big up to the Chefs, Waiters and Bartenders who made the lovely meals delicious. The quantity could have been better for some of the meals but non the less i am grateful. They have a variety of restaurants where you can pick, choose and refuse and i liked that.
