Well situated in the centre of Kyoto, Hotel Emion Kyoto offers buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent! The room is big enough and the staffs are cheerful and smart. Also, even heavy raining or bad weather, you can enjoy the facilities around the hotel, such as fish market’ auction in the early morning, enjoy the meal at 2/F, join culture workshop at 1/F. Besides, just a minute walk to station, only 1 stop to Kyoto station. Finally, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery at the roof.

The hotel is very beautiful. Even looks nicer than on the picture. The location is alright. Needs a bit of walk from the station but not too far. The staff and service are great as what you always expected in Japan.

Soraniwa Terrace Kyoto Bettei er staðsett í miðbæ Kyoto, 300 metra frá Gion Shijo-stöðinni og státar af verönd, veitingastað og bar. We had a great stay at Sora Niwa hotel! The hot tub was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly, I was really excited to find the great hair styler in the room. The roof top bar view was really nice!

Situated in Koyasan in the Wakayama region, 宿坊 光明院 features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Everyone there was wonderful, willing to help even with the language barrier. The dinner and breakfast were delicious (if you stay more than one night, note that you'll eat the same dinner and breakfast) The room and all the temple was super clean and calm. It was a great place to stay! I really love the ceremonies that I could witness, meditation in the evening, morning ceremony and goma ceremony (fire ceremony). The one thing I was surprised by is that the showers are "Onsen Showers" so it's in a commun room, with little stools where you can clean yourself before entering the bath. Not a negative point, just something I wasn't expecting. Thanks to all the staff there for a wonderful stay!

六根ゲストハウス Rokkon guest house features accommodation located less than 1 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a garden and a terrace. This stay was one of our favourites of our entire trip. The host was so generous and kind. Upon hearing of my partner's leg injury, she surprised us with a special tea to help promote healing. We loved the space and the attention to detail was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The host customized the breakfast based on a couple conversations we had. Everything was delicious, and we were even given a detailed list, in English, of everything she prepared for us. The breakfasts at this stay were a highlight of our entire trip to Japan. We will definitely try to stay here again when we're back in Kyoto!

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. Provides accommodation located 600 metres from the centre of Kyoto and offers an open-air bath and a shared lounge. the best place to stay In Kyoto. The staff went above and beyond and the dinner and breakfast was just outstanding. A must place to stay

Excellent services by the staff, felt so warm and welcome with their hospitality throughout our stay at Ishibekoji Muan. They have 3 types of room, and the one we stayed at was Kiyohira. We love the room design as well as the zen vibes/ atmosphere that the property created. The entire property including the room was also extremely clean and fully equipped/ well furnished.
