The place is very clean and equips with everything you need for a night stay. They even have free drinks in the fridge including beers for guest. Room size is good as well. Quiet neighbourhood near the temple. I would stay there again if I return to Nagano.

It was clean and spacious. Had a dryer which helped because it was raining. Full kitchen and living room and dining room. Large bath with a shower. Also the host was really nice!

The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. The concierge team were so helpful organizing restaurant bookings, ski lessons, hire cars and shifting our ski gear around Japan.

The dinner, the good priced breakfast, the location, the views, the attention for detail in decoration, and above all the kind staff!

Eternal flame exceeded our expectations and we would recommend staying here if you can. The hospitality there is unmatched, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were hosted well and taken care of. They picked us up and dropped us off at the station, and let us stay and use the amenities after the check out time. The breakfast was amazing and two courses, and cheffed up for each guest. It’s also located in a great area and very close to the ski hills with a shuttle! They are also very well connected with the ski resorts and rental places in the area and offer better rates. Above all else, Nao’s hospitality made our stay amazing.

The ryokan is very well organized, everyone is focused on providing a superior customer experience. I selected Yorozuya because of its beautiful onsen but I came away with outstanding memories of the kind and helful staff, the amazing breakfast and dinner experience.

Pension Tomato er í 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort og býður upp á rúmgóð herbergi í vestrænum stíl með rissvæði. Private Onsen, beautifully built. Onsen time scheduled for 45 minutes so everyone can get his turn without stress. Multi Onsen booking possible. The owners (a very nice couple) deserve the title of „best hosts ever“. They printed out train schedules and circled the trains we had to catch, they helped us plan a daytrip, they drove us to the next hotel, so we didn’t have to get a cab. If I could, I would even give additional stars for this pension. I will certainly return.
