I love waking up to the snow every morning and they welcome me with a warm coffee. They felt like a family to me. I enjoyed staying with them. They tried their best to understand English and they were very hospitable. Thank you!

Amazing location, food is exceptional, staff very friendly and helpful , I would not even think twice to return back as soon as possible . Next time though a little later in December as our skiing was a little complicated by the fact that the resort wasn’t fully open yet when we arrived

Amazing property with even more amazing staff. We stayed for two night during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was an authentic yet luxurious Ryokan. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and it even had its own onsen. The food was exceptional and the staff was very well trained and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back on day.

Naglalaan ng mga tanawin ng bundok, ang Hotarutei Villas sa Yamanouchi ay naglalaan ng accommodation, terrace, restaurant, at bar. Beautiful villa with a private onsen, with an amazing view of the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Location perfect for visiting the snow monkeys. Staff were very friendly. Overall a great stay; wish we could have stayed longer!

Naglalaan ang Hotel Higashidate sa Yamanouchi ng para sa matatanda lang na accommodation na may ski-to-door access at spa at wellness center. Staff was amazing. Location was also the perfect ski-in ski-out. Nice ski lockers.

This lounge is so special that you can wait for your dinner table (because of the tight reservation in Christmas season) there while drinking your drinks by a bonfire, this even makes waiting a wonderful experience...
