Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.

I had the best stay here. Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

Matatagpuan sa Cancún, 17 km mula sa Cancun Bus Station, ang Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres - All Inclusive Adults Only ay nag-aalok ng accommodation na may outdoor swimming pool, libreng private... The staff is super friendly at all times, and always willing to help you in any way. The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep bringing different friends here when they come to visit me in Mexico. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the food is truly delicious. The service is excellent — attentive, thoughtful, and very warm. I especially love the temazcal and the morning yoga sessions; they add something really special to the overall experience.

Naglalaan ang hotel ng parehong libreng WiFi at libreng private parking.... The rooms were just as advertised, beautifully and with love of detail decorated. The location was perfect, right by the water and a five minute walk to the ferry station. Very nice and safe neighbourhood, at night there is a local market with stands and games for the kids. Felt very safe walking around. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nagtatampok ang Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret ng mga libreng bisikleta, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at restaurant sa Playa del Carmen. The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!
