The installations are great, everything is very new and modern, huge spaces and even though we went during peak season (New Year's), the hotel never felt overcrowded. The food, even if it's not the most amazing ever, is pretty good considering it's an all-inclusive. All in all it was a great stay.

Nagtatampok ang Apartamentos "Ala Residencias" ng mga libreng bisikleta, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at terrace sa Chetumal. Naglalaan ang hotel ng parehong libreng WiFi at libreng private parking.... The rooms were just as advertised, beautifully and with love of detail decorated. The location was perfect, right by the water and a five minute walk to the ferry station. Very nice and safe neighbourhood, at night there is a local market with stands and games for the kids. Felt very safe walking around. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location with a great view of the lagoon. Nice staff. They have kayaks for free. Great for a sunrise kayaking.
