The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Naglalaan ang hotel ng parehong libreng WiFi at libreng private parking.... Mirna was the most polite sweet and kind host. She was great & treated us like family. Please give here a raise. Nagtatampok ang Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa, en Xcaret ng mga libreng bisikleta, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at restaurant sa Playa del Carmen. The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.
