I had the best stay here. Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

Design of the place is prominent. looks better than in the photos. Lots of restaurants nearby and in a walkable distance. We had a great time even just one night. Definitely book this place again if coming back to Tulum!!

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

The architecture we perfection and the rooms had the most comfortable beds and space to relax. Truly the most stunning and tranquil hotel I have ever been to. Worth the stay. Eugenio was amazing at recommending local food and sites and what was truly worth the trouble. A great experience.

Nagtatampok ang Apartamentos "Ala Residencias" ng mga libreng bisikleta, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at terrace sa Chetumal. Naglalaan ang hotel ng parehong libreng WiFi at libreng private parking.... The villas are about 4 blocks down the street from the main hotel, so we did not go and try the breakfast.

Mayroon ang Hotel Amainah Bacalar Adults Only ng outdoor swimming pool, hardin, restaurant, at bar sa Bacalar. Nag-aalok ang 5-star hotel na ito ng room service, 24-hour front desk, at libreng WiFi. Everything! Not least the service by the personnel (see the rest of the recommendation)
