Our 1st time in Oman. We have spent beautiful & relaxed week in this wonderful hotel with perfect services, professional and supporrive staff. Every single Crowne team member went above and beyond to en-sure our stay was not only enjoyable but truly unforgettable. Congratulation to such employees! Greetings to Rowena who took great care of us during breakfast. The beach is calm here, not crowded at all, sand soft, ocean clear and warm. We wish to come back.

The hotel staff were excellent, I left important books behind and the receptionist called me to inform me of this and I had plenty of time to collect my books. The room was actually an apartment, it was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room. The price is really great.

Among the facilities of this property there is a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The design and location were stunning, and every detail seemed perfectly planned. The apartments felt very private, and having wildlife like camels, flamingos and cows around the hotel made the whole experience truly special. I hadn't mentioned in advance that I have a milk allergy, yet the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They prepared separate dishes for me at the buffet dinner, and the chef even came out to make sure my food was completely dairy free. The spa was fantastic, and it was a real joy to use. We like to work out even when we travel, and both the gym and the spa (steam room, saund and plunge pool) were much better than we expected.

At the same time, Rasha gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and all the opportunities available, ensuring we wouldn't miss anything. It was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Rasha, thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism! The room cleaning was impeccable. Every time returning from the beach, we found our rooms perfectly tidied. A special thanks to Maruf for his excellent work! The hotel's location is excellent: it has direct access to both the ocean beach and the bay area. The hotel compound is widespread, featuring picturesque canals with charming bridges. Along the shore, there are numerous restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines, as well as small souvenir shops. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the comfort and services provided easily match a 5-star experience. We would love to return here again!
