It was just amazing with such good attention for details. The rooms are beautiful, the beda very comfortable, the shower amazing. The garden is huge, it’s SUPER close to the city without the noise of it and the breakfast is literally the best we ever had in a hotel with a 3 course menu. Definitely recommend ❤️

First of all, the hotel is stunningly beautiful—especially as it is located in the heart of the city within a historic building. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. They always responded immediately and tried their best to solve any issues. For example, since we had to check out early, they thoughtfully rearranged our breakfast to be served on the day of our arrival. It was a truly considerate gesture.

Sonesta Hotel Arequipa features a fitness centre and bar. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, we had a great time. The breakfast was good as well.

This is a lovely boutique hotel hidden away on a quiet street that's just a 10-minute walk from Arequipa's centro histórico. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and my favorite part was the gorgeous garden with the spectacular molle tree at the center, with tables and benches to sit around and enjoy the ambiance. The breakfast buffet was fairly good, and the restaurant has a decent a la carte menu as well. Great value for money overall, a hidden gem in Arequipa!

They organised a packed lunch for me because I had an early morning tour, complete with coca tea for the altitude. They were always attentive and helpful and I always had the impression that nothing was a problem. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice. The location was perfect. So central.

Everything was great, the hotel is beautiful and offers lots of nice activities to enjoy. The breakfast was superb too.

The bed was comfortable, and although the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is surrounded by a large park, so it is relatively quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and for being an older property, it is well maintained. A special mention to the staff: they made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. When we had a problem with the water in the bathroom, they promptly sent a person to fix it. When we asked to change the shampoo and soap devices, they did it as soon as possible. We asked for extra complimentary bottled water and they provided that. We wanted to use the jacuzzi of the hotel, but because of maintenance, they offered us to use the jacuzzi in a suite. Due to a delay with the availability of the suite, they offered complimentary room service and let us stay as much as we wanted in that suite.
