Everything here is amazing. This was our second time visiting this hotel and we would surely be back again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and neat. Maria at the spa is wonderful and I highly recommend getting a massage with her! Both pools are clean and well maintained and the kids pool is big enough for parents to stay comfortably with their little ones. The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of options and even the a la carte menu at the restaurant is very good. If you're looking for a place that has it all, for peace even when it's fully booked, then this is it. We will be back.

Surrounded by the Zavoi Park, 300 metres from the centre of Ramnicu Valcea, Grand Hotel Sofianu hosts an art museum with works of 500 representative Romanian plastic artists. Perfect breakfast. Excellent Restaurant. Beautiful room!

The location of the property is good, near the center of Calimanesti town. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It has access to a swimming pool on-demand. Parking spaces are plenty. The only downside is that you need a car in order to get to a decent restaurant.

The people working here are super nice and helpful, the SPA area is awesome, some of the food is also really delicious. Breakfast very, very rich and good.

You can see that it is recently renovated, we stayed in room 408 and it had an excellent view of the surroundings. In terms of facilities, we enjoyed them all. The saunas are nice, the swimming pool is clean and accommodating. All the staff was helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse! The old house has been beautifully renovated, retaining part of its historic charm. The heated pool is a true retreat, perfectly secluded from the crowds. Highly recommended!
