May God bless her heart in sha' Allah. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. No unpleasant odors whatsoever. The food I tried via the room service was always warm and tasted good. Even the bellmen had a kind smile on their faces. THANK YOU VOCO JEDDAH GATE FOR THE VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. You will remain my first choice for any future trips to Jeddah.

The experience I had in La Reve in Taif was superior. From the staff in the reception to dining areas, and management- everyone is very helpful, really makes you feel like a special guest which adds to the beauty of this hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the reception staff were very quick to check us in- upgraded our room, offered medical pillows (which were very comfortable) and complementary arabic coffee and fruits were served. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are extremely clean and breakfast had lots of options. I have spent my time in 5* hotels in different cities in Saudi and around the world, and am surprised to see La reve as 4*! It competes if not surpasses the 5* hotels! Thanks. I would rate this place 10/10 and will definitely return!

Abu Muhammad the owner/manager was very welcoming and had fantastic customer service. The hotel is very clean and family friendly. We felt like we were at our home!

Everything about it was perfect. Location, comfort, cleanliness. However, staff were the best. The receptionists were welcoming, helpful and very understanding when very small issue raised to them.
