We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms have been tastefully renovated since my last visit. Great facilities at a wonderful location.

Very good location near the metro station and the park. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and all other areas of the hotel are beautifully furnished. The onsen and pool area is wonderful and peaceful to relax after a busy day.

Situated conveniently within a 3-minute walk from Xinbeitou MRT Station, Beitou Hot Spring Resort operates a 24-hour front desk and offers elegantly modern rooms with private hot spring bathtub. It was an excellent location very close to the hot springs and about a 40 min drive from the mountains. The room was spacious, it came with a private sauna which was news to me!
