The hotel is very near the airport. It is very accessible to commute whether by train, cab, or uber. Our group (4 adults and 1 teen) arrived at around 330am so we were so sleepy. The front desk person was pleasant and could speak and comprehend English. We were asked right away if we need free shuttle to the airport upon check out, and if we need toothbrush and razors. They did not wait for us to request them. The mini bar was also free. Our rooms were spacious and spotless. The bed is true to its size which is king-size and very comfortable. We requested for an extra laundry bag from housekeeping and it was delivered by a robot. AMAZING! The room reservations did not come with buffet breakfast, but we were offered a discount, so we availed of it. The dining hall is huge with the right temperature. The buffet has a varied selection. Everything we ate is scrumptious. We definitely enjoyed our stay because of the hotel itself, its staff, food, among others. My daughter considers Hyatt Regency as one of her top hotels!!!
