We found The Avenue last minute online. It was better than we anticipated. The room was clean, the pool pristine and the breakfast well above the norm. The staff were helpful.

It is a cozy, happy condo: comfortable bed, light and modern kitchen with literally more than you will ever need, great view of the ocean and easy access to both a pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved the balcony and ate most meals looking at the ocean and the sunrise was amazing from it as well.

Located in Bethany Beach, a few steps from South Bethany Beach and 8.5 km from Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Sea Colony - 902 Georgetowne House features a restaurant. We did not have a breakfast. Was not aware there was a place for one. Loved the location to everything.
