There is a coffee shop in the lobby that does the best cookies too! The hotel is at the quieter end of waikiki beach but just across the road from the shopping center and magic island!

Feel at home atmosphere, very cosy, large living room perfect to relax. Kelly is a wonderful caring host who gave us lots of tips, told about Big Island and made delicious breakfast. Snacks, coffee and tea available. Simply great, highly reccommended.

The property is absolutely wonderful. Nice, natural landscaping that let's you feel immersed in the Hawaiian rainforest. Feels very secluded and private, while also feeling safe and welcoming. Its walking distance to a black sand, clothing optional, beach. I will definitely book here again when visiting the Big Island. I would feel safe here as a solo traveler. Stephen greeted us when we arrived to the property and was so welcoming. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms, let us know how to reach him if we needed anything. Our smoke alarm was going off one night and he came right over, checked it out and swapped the battery, fixing the problem. I traveled with a friend and we each had separate rooms. The house feels more home like, relaxing front porch, solid wood furniture, and everything you'd need. Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable. At first, I thought my bed may be too soft, but I slept SO good and woke with no pains, feeling refreshed, so it must have been just right. Bath and beach towels were in our rooms, a bathrobe, a list of hosted and local activities we may be interested in, and a little bowl of snacks too. I also appreciated they had sunscreen and bug spray available.

We had a wonderful comfortable stay in this very well-appointed room in an apartment right near the beach. Comfy bed, nice shower, but above all host Mychelle was freaking amazing! She even did laundry for us so we could pack less. Parking was easy and the beach is literally across the road. Excellent base for our time on the Big Island and can highly recommend.
