This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. The Hotel offers elegantly well-appointed rooms and suites with great views toward the ocean and the city. We had booked an Oceanfront Suite, which are the corner rooms in the building. While one corner offers a beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view (as shown on the hotel’s website), the other faces an under‑construction building, and unfortunately this was the room we were initially assigned. Naturally, this was disappointing. However, the hotel staff openly acknowledged the issue, were genuinely apologetic, and explained that it had already been escalated to management so future guests can make an informed booking decision. Although the preferred ocean‑facing room wasn’t available on the day of check‑in, the manager assured us we would be moved the very next day, which was done promptly as promised. A special mention to Eiri, the Guest Relations Officer, who proactively organized and consistently followed up on our airport pick‑up and drop arrangements, making our travel completely hassle‑free. Throughout our stay, we found the entire team to be polite, empathetic, and deeply committed to guest comfort. Their warmth and sincerity completely offset the initial hiccup, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the coastal road with the beach across the street and plenty of cafés and food trucks within walking distance. The New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the area was especially vibrant and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped, making for a relaxing beachfront stay. Overall, despite the initial room mismatch, the hotel’s honest communication, swift resolution, and genuine hospitality left a very positive impression. HAIAN Beach Resort & Spa is a place we would happily recommend.

Located in the My Khe Beach district in Da Nang, 500 metres from My An Beach, Risemount Resort Danang features barbecue. The resort has a spa centre, coupled with a hot tub and a sauna. Beautiful hotel. It was close enough to everything, but just far enough away to get away from it all. The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We will stay here a few more days when we get back from Hoi An.

Really nice and clean with 24h reception that you can count on, they speak good English. I saw them clean many times a day in the common areas and when I asked for an extension cable to be able to charge my laptop they immediately brought one for me. The female dorm had its own bathroom outside, though I only noticed it the next day, but the shared ones were fine as well with shampoo and shower gel provided.

Ive been to a lot of different hotels in Đà Nẵng (including Hilton and other nice places) but this one Bonny boutique hotel is the best. Absolutely outstanding and gorgeous.

The location is very close to the Lady Buddha with fantastic view of her and the ocean. The location is less crowded and more peaceful than the My Ke beach area.

Good value. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating to our need. They also have laundry services if you need just ask the front desk does not including with the room charge.

Set in Da Nang, 2.7 km from Thanh Binh Beach, New Orient Hotel Da Nang offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Great value and very helpful kind staff. Mya and Lucie were both fantastic! Plus the team at Gypsy.
