The staff were really helpful and very friendly. the hotel had a beautiful spa and the location is great. Also love that it is pet friendly.

The location right by the slope is the best. We really enjoy the meals at this hotel as well. Staff is super friendly and there is so much choice at breakfast and dinner for everyone to find something they like. The bar prices are very reasonable. The spa is very full and you need to book your slot to get in and bring a bathing cap or else you have to buy one.

Very Nice 5 star Hotel. Beautiful. The staff very helpful, attentive. The gym after ski very good. Breakfast wonderful. Dinner at the buffet restaurant good with lots of options. Fresh salad every day and nice dishes. The van to the gondola all the time very helpful ! The store to rent the equipment inside the hotel and lockers by also nice.

Everything! The room was great, spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were 3 kinds of pillows to choose from. The service was impeccable, and the staff did a great job catering to every detail. Special thanks to Julieta, who was patient enough to find us a room that fitted us perfectly. Breakfast was by far the best we have ever had in a hotel. Not only the tasty dishes, but also the good quality products and the impeccable service. There was even champagne if one wanted. Everything in the hotel has great esthetics, and everyone goes above and beyond to bring such a perfect hospitality experience. We hope to return there soon and we totally recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located very close to "TC8 Soldeu" ski lift, so it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are very good.

Perfect location - very close to the gondola station. Bus station is near the hotel. Carrefour - 5 minutes walk. The hotel is clean, nice spacious room, well equipped with everything. Free ski lockers proivided. Free WiFi is good. It says 2 star hotel, just because there's no parking there. But it's a strong 3-star hotel, absolutely!

Our boys are skiers! We absolutely loved the location next to the park and the people were so kind. Great place if you love to ski in the park!

Good option for a weekend getaway in Andorra. Comfy beds, good breakfast, and convenient to have a restaurant for dinner available at the hotel as well, since its a bit away from the city center.

Lovely location. You can walk to the town for dinner. The room was clean and tidy. We were provided with a fan which was OK The free spa facilities were great, a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all nice and clean

The hotel is quite new, very cozy, and conveniently located within walking distance of the El Tarter gondola. Overall, the stay was super nice, we had everything needed for a perfect winter holiday in the mountains: a warm, nicely decorated, and sparkling clean room with bathrobe and slippers included, a delicious à la carte breakfast, and a ski storage room. All the facilities are very new and modern, the linens and bedding are super comfortable, and we especially loved their bed plaids. The staff was super nice and attentive, and we never felt that we were lacking anything. Overall, it was such a nice experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat it again whenever we can.

The best hotel, everything was perfect, the restaurants, the room, the place in the middle of ski world, the best experience and company was in the Koi restaurant from the girls and chef .perfect

The location, the cozy lobby with several nooks to socialize, read a book, have a drink etc. the complimentary breakfast was 4 rows of foods - all incredible! The lockers for ski gear attached to the gondola building was so convenient and kept our gear toastie over night. The Christmas decor was the cherry on top!
