I had an excellent experience in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable staying. I'll definitely repeat next year.

The hotel is very closed to the Gondola. The breakfast is great, although there wasn’t a lot of diversity. The staff was very nice. The spa is well equipped and nice to spend time in

Location was excellent. Right there on the slopes. The equipment lockers were super convenient. Breakfast Buffet definitely helped us start the day. Lucas was a great bartender.

Clean, organized, excellent breakfast, friendly argentinian staff, super close to the main lifts, good system to leave your equipment on lockers and a good sauna & jacuzzi.

Amazing location, good Spa unlike other reviews, not too fancy but a Spa nonetheless. Great breakfasts, again, not too much choices but exactly what you need in a ski vacation. The staff was incredible, and we enjoyed the hotel very much.

Actually I liked everything. It's very close to the center of the city, the room was clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable and noiseless.

The staff was very nice, the location was good and 2 minutes walk from lift. Clean. Good value for money. Breakfast is solid and fair for the price.

Great and exceptional breakfest, we get to change our food and try new things. The girl in the resturant speaks english and is very accommodating. The receptionist let us change the room to a upper floor, there was a lift so the luggage was easy. the room was quiet since it is in the upper floor, the weather was colder then was expected since we came from Bacelona, but the room was warm, the bed was comfortable with soft wooly beddings. the water was hot for bath.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. They kindly stored our luggage and even provided a ski locker so we could head straight to the slopes while waiting for check‑in—such a thoughtful touch that made our day much easier. The hotel’s location is perfect for accessing the ski area, making it an ideal base for anyone planning time on the mountain. After a full day of skiing, we really appreciated the relaxing breakout space/lounge room - the bar tender was also friendly.

You’re getting what you pay for, but the staff is VERY friendly, the rooms are clean and decently comfortable, the location is PERFECT (right next to the ski lifts) and our stay was calm and quiet.

Good value. The interior of the hotel looks new. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and offer different kinds of fruits, breads, juices and cakes. It’s close to the ski slope, but expect to walk to get there (about 250 meters).

Very nice family run hotel where the family do their best to help you and make you feel comfortable. Go beyond the call of duty to help in all aspects.

Very nice rooms, clean with all things you may need *shower cap, toothpaste, blowdryer*. Very nice people starting from the reception to the guys in the restaurant. Great food! Great location near the mountains!

- Plenty of room space - There is a balcony in the room; - Small Fridge in the room - Breakfast simple, but complete, with eggs, bread, yogurt, some fruits, natural orange juice, croissant, cheese and ham, etc - Customer service, fast response in everything we needed; - They help us with the parking, even putting coins when we weren't there.

Very nie place. Good value for money. There are two people on the front desk during the day. The woman is incredibly nice, the man not so much but at the end he was attending our requests as well so all good. Very happy with our stay!
