They gave us a free upgrade to the room this was extremely nice. The spa was nice new and clean.

Fantastic location, very clean hotel, nice and helpful staff. Good food.

Loved the atmosphere during breakfast. Every morning we were guided to our "own" table and were asked what we'd like to drink. We also loved the little local newspaper they printed out every day. The rooms were comfortable & we came back to our room cleaned daily & our towels and blankets laid out beautifully. Definitely my most favourite place we've stayed during our holiday break.

First and foremost- amazing staff, super friendly, helpful, always engaging and genuinely interested to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Really nice spa facilities, new, modern and very clean and well maintained. Great restaurant- whoever wants to stay at this hotel, do not miss do have dinner here. Couldn’t been better arranged, dedicated table for the entire stay, again, super attentive staff, and children friendly.

Fabulous staff, from arrival to leaving. Top position, short Walk to lift and ski to hotel door. Large room, very comfortable. Food varied and delicious. Lovely bar with excellent barman. Great spa

View from the room was spectacular. Size of the room was very generous. Large shared balcony. Large shower room very friendly staff.free ride on the ski lift included in price which is 30m away ( views from the top are spectacular honest fridge inside and outside the hotel highly recommended and was excellent value for money very clean

I was there by myself but never felt alone. From the moment I've arrived every staff member whet above and beyond any expectations. The room was spotless and the view was astonishing. Food was tasty and plenty to choose from. Deferentially will visit again.

Loved the hotel's atmosphere, everyone (personel and guests) were very friendly. Exceptional ideas such as greeting us with a morning paper and later, after skiing with a warm, delicious soup made our stay more enjoyable. Shared spaces were very comfortable so were rooms.

Very nice staff, clean and big room!

It felt like I was actually living at home . From the moment I arrived I felt like I was treated like a human being, most hotels in the 21st century are owned by a corporation and a guest is merely a statistic . Hotel Galtürerhof is a welcoming place and I plan to go back there .

Already second time here, absolutely friendly staff, super-tasty dinners, ski bus just around the corner, quiet, good wellness zone, I like it !

Breakfast with good variety and an amazing view for the mountains. The view from the room is unreal as well, excellent balcony. I got a beer at the bar with a lovely lady and even though she doesn’t speak English she treated me really well and tried to have a communication.
