The room is big and spacious and the staff are more than wonderful. The owner also has a restaurant near the hotel which is very convenient. Nearby there is a supermarket and a gas station.

Beautiful expansive spaces which are well designed and clean. Spa area is excellent, especially the steam room and “almblüten sauna” (pools could be warmer). The food, especially breakfast and desserts, were outstanding! They were very accommodating of us traveling with a baby, gave us a room close by to the restaurant, placed a kettle in the room for our use, setup a comfortable crib, provided baby sized bathrobe etc. Most of the staff were also really nice!

Really nice hotel,we come like family with dog,personal is really lovely,hotel have everything inside and outside for children!Outside you can have long walk with dog and they offer much different massage for parents.Breakfast is really good you don’t miss anything,I recommend this hotel evrboday with family,I am sure we come back☺️

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, the staff member in the breakfast room was pleasant and attentive.

Breakfast was superb. Martin was so helpful and responsive for any request we had.

The rooms are very nicely prepared - we had a two-story room with a spacious bathroom incl whirlpool. Eating at the Roanwirt is also really nice (typical Austrian cuisine). The sauna area is not the biggest, but it was never crowded. The staff are tremendously forthcoming and friendly. In the area, you can hike up to Pogusch and have amazing views of the mountains.

Feels like an oasis where your soul goes to rest. 10/10 We arrived pretty late and checking was smooth, breakfast was fantastic and the host was great, thank you for having us

I am a long time fan of the Kongress Hotel for so many reasons. It remains my pick as the softest bed in Europe and the most perfect sleep! The hotel staff is excellent and I really enjoyed getting to speak to them and to discuss about Leoben! Great showers with lots of hot water and super clean rooms. I needed a place to prepare a presentation - and the room was perfect for that as well. Thank you to the whole staff for such a absolutely wonderful stay!

For the price excellent. Old, but comfy rooms, very nice staff, rich breakfast with freshly made egg meals on request, good restaurant for the evening.
