The location of the hotel was amazing, right after taking the Metro, hotel is located at the center of the city. Stadtpark station is in front of the hotel. You could walk to the center and even the Belvedere Palace. You don't need to take public transportation nearly to anywhere. The breakfast was also very multicultural, stuff was so friendly. However... reception stuff is something else. From the moment we have entered the hotel, Dear Reka and the other lovely ladies at the reception was amazingly sweet, friendly. Also the gentelemens, expect the intern lady at the reception, they made our trip more and more great. Housekeeping stuff was also so helpful and friendly.

Very stilish the room and the whole hotel. Have like a good vibe. Everything was very good, located near to the downtown. You can grab the bus and you will get in 10 min to downtown.

We stayed for two nights in the Elizabeth Suite as part of our honeymoon from Japan. The hotel is located right next to the Musikverein, offering excellent access to the city center. The lobby and hallways are luxurious, and just walking through them was a delight. Of course, the room was meticulously maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although we had only informed the hotel in advance that we were on our honeymoon, they prepared several unexpected surprises for us, which made our stay truly unforgettable. We timed our stay to coincide with the one-year anniversary of our wedding and had dinner at the on-site restaurant, Opus. Our server, Caroline, was incredibly friendly and made an effort to speak in a way we could understand, even though our English isn’t strong. She also selected wines that paired perfectly with the course meal, and we had a wonderful evening. Thank you very much. We also visited the café and bar, both of which had a great atmosphere and were very stylish. We weren't able to fully express our gratitude due to the language barrier, but it was the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. If we have another chance to visit Vienna, we would love to stay here again.

We LOVED everything about this property. It was our best hotel experience ever, in over 30 years of traveling the world together. In particular, the staff were the kindest and most professional team we have ever experienced, to a person!

Perfect hotel, everything was great

I loved it here. Very funky but you could tell everything was done from the heart. Rooms were spacious and clean with cool deco. Wish my flat was as nice!

Excellent location and high-level decorations! Elevators use half-clock to show floor numbers. breakfast is so rich with samon and cover nearly all kinds of food. One gentlemen superior staff maybe manager even offer me help to move my car out from garadge! Location is great just 5 min walk to every famous spots.

Beautiful room with a balcony and a view . Very well equipped including a/c. Many small courtesy details that made my stay very comfortable. Only 7 min away from stefenplatz.
