The reception staff (all of them) are exceptional 👏 👌 🙌. At Arrival you get the best instruction where to go what to see, where to eat etc. During the stay, Super friendly and helpful. Really great team. Then the location of the hotel just outside the centre but close to shopping area and museas. Perfect. Next time in Vienna same place.

Comfort and location, from an establishment that clearly takes pride in its history and service. All staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was superb, and the hotel was just a short walk from a quick (2 stops) underground trip to the innere stadt.
