Amazing property with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived around noon, and although our standard room wasn’t ready yet, they kindly upgraded us to a superior room and allowed us to check in early. It was a wonderful start to our stay, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The room that me and my family have received was gorgeous. We had a person in a wheelchair in our company, but in this room you could ride a bicycle - this is how big it is. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was absolutely great and all the reception crew was incredibly helpful and kind and attentive from the first to last minute of our stay. Besides all these important things, I can say that all major museums are situated within 5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. The huge food street area is 3-4 minutes of pleasant walk and all the world famous stores are 10-15 minutes away. If you need a public transportation, - the subway is 1 building from hotel, and there is also a supermarket, a cash dispenser and I cool coffee shop is next door.

Excellent location, very quiet at night and early in the morning despite its central position, cosy room renovated with taste, agreeable dining room and very good breakfast, good price quality ratio, and last but not least very friendly staff.

Situated on a quiet street but just in 3 min by foot from the shopping street and in 15 min from historic city center, in 2 min from Cafe Sperl, where one movie was filmed. Room was very clean. All employees on reception were very friendly, polite and helpful.

A wonderful hotel for a pleasant stay. From the window there was a view of the roofs of other houses. Great breakfast with bacon. The room had a small bathroom. The room itself looked very nice. Excellent location, close to the center.

I travelled alone for Christmas (7 days) and it was great. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants, the main Christmas markets, the main cultural places and teathers, and you have a mc donalds and a starbucks 1 block away. Regarding the hotel, I couldn't ask for more. I could work and have videocalls with good internet connection. The place is very quiet and the owner was super kind. I can say I had a wonderful experience in Vienna.
