Fabulous facilities and apartment. Comfortable and Clean and within easy reach of many things to do around the area.

Modern, clean and good quality

We had a truly memorable vacation. The hotel, in the immediate vicinity of the slope, with easily accessible parking, dedicated ski storage space for each room and a family atmosphere. The hosts were extremely attentive and kind, anticipating and naturally fulfilling the wishes of the guests. And the food... five stars. Every evening was a gastronomic surprise and a culinary treat

A wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable with spacious rooms with great beds & views from the balcony. Staff were fantastic in all aspects of the hotel. Meals were superb & varied!

Extremely friendly staff and very clean

I really enjoy staying in this hotel, the staff was amazing, you could see they were really busy, but still very friendly and on top of things, the hotel is really nice and restaurant is great. Really recommend, 10/10

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Quaint town.

Breakfast was perfect! The crew very friendly! They upgraded my one bed room in double room and it was very big! So lucky!!!

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast and dinner is very delicious with lots of varieties. We would love to come back.

Very friendly staff. We were well looked after especially at mealtimes. Vegetarian option available on half board ( lovely salad buffet, soup, a simple main dish and dessert). Very good ski storage room. Close to skibus stop.

We have been here for the third time and everything was great again. Very nice place. Thank you!!!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, overall would stay here again

The hotel is located close to Kitbuhel, which was very convenient for us. the room was comfortable and clean and quiet. The dinners served were very nice as were the breakfasts.

absolutely loved it, it felt like I was visiting family! Linen (hope i wrote well) and everyone else was really kind, made the experience really good and they were really helpful with everything I needed. Will definitely come back next year! It is outside of Kitzbuhel but accessible via bus and 5 minutes away from the Generali Open!

I loved the alien village setting, the room, the food, the people and the natural swimming pool. Nothing was too much trouble. I am a coeliac and this was understood and not a problem. There were even fresh gluten free rolls for me at breakfast. It was lovely not to be considered a problem and to have delicious safe food. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return.

Excellent and cosy hotel that makes you feel at home when you’re not at home! Perfect mix of modern and traditional interior! Staff at reception, roommates and especially staff at restaurant were all very kind, polite and professional! Spa center is excellent! Variety of wonderful food at breakfast and dinner and very good selection of delicious cheeses! Fine dining at dinner with excellent choices of meat, fish or vegetarian portions! Hotel location is on the main road! In front of the hotel are bus stations and public bus brings you to nearest ski slopes in few minutes!

The garden was amazing and the location of the hotel was very good. The lady at the reception, ms.Arni was very kind and very helpful.

Very good location close to the ski lift. We had HB and had an amazing dinner.

Friendly staff, good location and good food

The room was bright and airy with a lovely outlook. A large and comfortable bathroom too. The property was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean rooms, delucious breakfast, friendly staff, includes sauna and a swimming pool. My daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay there and the waiter at breakfast made her a surprise she will never forget.

We had a wonderful ski holiday at this hotel. Great location a few minutes from the ski lift. Good breakfast and very varied tasty dinner.
