We received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very clean and spacious, the location was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety.

Amazing property with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived around noon, and although our standard room wasn’t ready yet, they kindly upgraded us to a superior room and allowed us to check in early. It was a wonderful start to our stay, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The room that me and my family have received was gorgeous. We had a person in a wheelchair in our company, but in this room you could ride a bicycle - this is how big it is. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was absolutely great and all the reception crew was incredibly helpful and kind and attentive from the first to last minute of our stay. Besides all these important things, I can say that all major museums are situated within 5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. The huge food street area is 3-4 minutes of pleasant walk and all the world famous stores are 10-15 minutes away. If you need a public transportation, - the subway is 1 building from hotel, and there is also a supermarket, a cash dispenser and I cool coffee shop is next door.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was quiet and peaceful and all of the staff were very accomodating. Alexandre Dimitrijovic at the breckfast buffet was particularly kind and professional and Dimitris at the Rote Bar helped make our evening dinner very special. We stayed for two nights in the Elizabeth Suite as part of our honeymoon from Japan. The hotel is located right next to the Musikverein, offering excellent access to the city center. The lobby and hallways are luxurious, and just walking through them was a delight. Of course, the room was meticulously maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although we had only informed the hotel in advance that we were on our honeymoon, they prepared several unexpected surprises for us, which made our stay truly unforgettable. We timed our stay to coincide with the one-year anniversary of our wedding and had dinner at the on-site restaurant, Opus. Our server, Caroline, was incredibly friendly and made an effort to speak in a way we could understand, even though our English isn’t strong. She also selected wines that paired perfectly with the course meal, and we had a wonderful evening. Thank you very much. We also visited the café and bar, both of which had a great atmosphere and were very stylish. We weren't able to fully express our gratitude due to the language barrier, but it was the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. If we have another chance to visit Vienna, we would love to stay here again.

We LOVED everything about this property. It was our best hotel experience ever, in over 30 years of traveling the world together. In particular, the staff were the kindest and most professional team we have ever experienced, to a person!

Excellent location, very quiet at night and early in the morning despite its central position, cosy room renovated with taste, agreeable dining room and very good breakfast, good price quality ratio, and last but not least very friendly staff.

Situated on a quiet street but just in 3 min by foot from the shopping street and in 15 min from historic city center, in 2 min from Cafe Sperl, where one movie was filmed. Room was very clean. All employees on reception were very friendly, polite and helpful.

A wonderful hotel for a pleasant stay. From the window there was a view of the roofs of other houses. Great breakfast with bacon. The room had a small bathroom. The room itself looked very nice. Excellent location, close to the center.

I travelled alone for Christmas (7 days) and it was great. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants, the main Christmas markets, the main cultural places and teathers, and you have a mc donalds and a starbucks 1 block away. Regarding the hotel, I couldn't ask for more. I could work and have videocalls with good internet connection. The place is very quiet and the owner was super kind. I can say I had a wonderful experience in Vienna.

The level of service we exceptional - at the level of luxury hotels. Everyone - from the front desk staff, to the valets, and the service at the restaurant, were very professional, friendly and everything you asked them was done impeccably. This was our fist time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised. We saw that the reviews are good but the hotel exceeded out expectations. We look forward to coming back!
