Exceptional customer service from all staff. One of us had mobility issues and ordering tacos for us was never a problem, even put luggage in the taxi for us. Room was spotless and restaurant great. Close to St Vincent Hospital

Great, convenient location, a new hotel with fresh and interesting decor. Delicious food at the restaurant, and pastries from Luna at the cafe were so amazing. Staff were lovely and made our honeymoon stay special. Great value stay all around.

Well appointed room comfortable beds. Plenty of fresh air with windows and doors opened Full sized fridge, coffee maker.

The location was great and safe. Loved being there. The cleaning weekly was amazing. I loved my view.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the venue has a lot of character. Highly recommend. Don't expect to be staying at the Ritz, but well worth the stay for the character of the place. Staff were excellent as well.

I have stayed at the Baxley before with my daughter & this was a return visit for us both. We love the place! It is perfectly styled & we were able to enjoy a relaxing drink on the front porch. I like the fact that toiletries are supplied so we did not have to have these items in out luggage. We'll be back!

Amazing location right opposite the beach - spacious balcony and great view from there. Staff was very accommodating to any requests.

Stayed in the loft room for the 2nd time. LOVE ❤️ this room. Check in is fabulous, the hotel even sent through a pre check-in email to see if there was anything we needed for our week stay which was so thoughtful. The view, such an amazing view. Seriously, this is the best balcony ! The room felt fresh, super clean and as before, was well stocked with awesome products, Leif toiletries, Laughing Pug coffee. The bed is super comfy, the shower super hot with excellent water pressure, and the best Hotel location. Huge thanks to Bella who was so accommodating with all our special requests. Thanks also to Sofia and the amazing housekeeping team. So sad to leave , can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much for a wonderful week.

They thought of all the little things like bottled water, a decent hair dryer. Sounds strange but it had all the little things so there was nothing to complain about
