The location and standard of the hotel for the money was very good. It was perfect for us visiting family living in Manly.

Great experience walking around the zoo after hours with the amazing zoo staff

The bedroom size, design and comfort; the service from reception, housekeeping, room service, bar and restaurant staff all excellent;the location in terms of beachside, shops etc. and regular bus service to N. Beaches and the city.

Accomodation itself was outstanding

The view was absolutely breathtaking. We paid more for this hotel than my norm, but it was a fun splurge, and worth it. The attached pic was taken from our room.

Beautiful historical property

I stayed in a twin room for two people. It was spacious and had a desk. There was tea available and I drank it. It was very delicious. The location is great, close to the Neutral Bay ferry.

We ended up staying here for 2 weeks. Even though the accommodation is located on top of a pub it felt private and never had any noise issues. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Always kept clean. Shared bathroom/toilet but was modern and always kept clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great location close to the beach and restraunts

The location is exceptional. Unfortunately there was a conference at the venue that we weren't aware of and was a minor disruption to us getting breakfast but it was eventually resolved.

Breakfast - complimentary juice and coffee was a lovely touch

What a fantastic location: so lovely to stay in this hotel in the middle of the Zoo! We had an animal view room and a Koala sitting in the tree right in front of our window. The animal encounter was a very nice touch. Access to the Zoo for both days (arrival and departure) . The dinner in the Me-Gal restaurant was fantastic; great kitchen and the views on the harbour bridge and opera house are breath-taking!

The place is great, clean and well-organized. Perfect for family holiday stay.
