The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They made the check-in/check-out process very easy. I also found the room and facilities very clean. Will absolutely be staying there again.

Everything especially the staff in the counter. He is very professional and friendly and you can feel the warmth of his welcoming approach to accomodate customers like me. Kudos to him! Sorry i cant remember his name. 😁

Excellent customer service, beautiful clean cabin with a tropical garden feel. Family friendly. Pool area was stunning and relaxing.

I had a good rest between work commitments.

- Prime location. Right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to good pubs and restaurants (Hanumann and right opposite Sweethearts Piano bar). You don't hear any of the street noise which is a big bonus! - Continental breakfast had a bigger and better spread than some other restaurants. - The hotel smells nice and loved the big comfy bathtowels.

Breakfast was yummy we have stayed often always booking.com .. terrific location particularly if it is stormy during wet season.. dash around the corner into a mall.. staff were the same as before .. they stay a long time we booked a club room really recommend as being hot in Darwin it’s nice to relax in their look over the Arafura Sea …
