great city and wonderful central location to stay

Amazing location, great food, superb staff. They also packed a generous breakfast box for us on a morning when we had to travel early for an excursion. The hotel is very chic and comfortable.

Secure parking for the motorcycles .The rooms were very clean the bed was very comfortable The staff on reception were very helpful and efficient and were able to answer all questions about the area .we only had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent somegthing there to suit all taste's. I would highly recommend Castelnou Aparthotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location on the canal front was lovely

Very nicely appointed rooms and fantastic breakfast . Ample parking and close to fuel station.

staff was allways very nice and helpfull. Nice location, really worth it

Cosy atmospbere, clean facilities, friendly staff. There is railway station in vicinity with frequent connections to the central railway station. Also, there is bus station for the public transport near the hotel.

everything, from design to pool and food, amazing stay

We've got great help with the check-in despite being late due to difficulties on the road. Many thanks again!

beautiful quiet room, and near the railway station

Very clean. The staff was extremely nice & helpful & gave us all the important information we needed to know. Walking distance from the Train Station was very convenient.

1. Location idle, as it is close to the Train station. 2. You can get buses and tram to go around the city. 3. Clean and comfortable room 4. Nice and decent breakfast Will definitely recommend.

Breakfast and pool were just amazing the location was obviously super just short walk to train station

A lovely old home which is now a hotel. Great breakfast and fabulous staff

Absolutely perfect ! The room and the property were STUNNING. Super clean ! Felt like an home in Ghent

The hotel was very beautiful, and the rooms were really comfortable. It exceeded our expectations!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. It was nicely appointed. The glassed in Breakfast area was charming. The front desk were very helpful with my questions. It was a good walk from the Train Station. The tram stop was a couple blocks away. It was quiet - even though I could see the train tracks a block away.

Possibly the best overall experience we have had. The job the owners have done in converting/updating the property is very good and everything was as new. We particularly liked the breakfasts, the spa (room for two only but very nicely set up) and the shower. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, without exception. A modest walk into the centre of Ghent, the hotel is in a quiet and safe position. Highly recommended.

Milan and Daisy were absolutely wonderful. And the breakfasts were the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had!

Everything is amazing-location, interior, service,communication.

location is perfect checkin was so easy an room was very clean.

I love the facilities it is highly automated, it was top- notch, very clean and private. 2min. Walk to tram stope, 2min walk to supermarket and 11 min. Walk to the boat tour. I will be 🔙 next Summer.
