Excellent location next to the Gent FC stadium although not in the centre of town. Restaurant, bar, cafeteria all to a high standard in the hotel. Conference rooms also offerred.

Very happy with our stay here. The city center is a 25-minute walk away, but it was a pleasant walk. We had connecting rooms as a family of 4 and everything was perfect. Comfy beds and very clean. Our children had a great time playing table tennis at the hotel! It was also one of the most budget friendly hotels we found, considering Belgium prices. Overall, very pleased!

The people that work there are nice, the building and room has nice archetecture. They allow dogs in the hotel.

Really lovely renovated hotel close to the train station. A bit further from the old town but easily accessible by tram.

A lovely family run hotel. Breakfast was excellent and an interesting innovation was frozen home cooked meals available for cooking in the microwave if you didn't want to eat out. Owners are on site and very involved in maintaining a high standard.

We were amazed how stunning this hotel was to see in person. The pictures don't lie it really is that Beautiful. The staff was so friendly and tookcare of our every need. Never had so many options for Breakfast, never left the hotel hungry.

We totally satisfied about our stay in Carlton Hotel. The room is quite large the bed the pillows are all comfy. The breakfast was perfect. Hotel is located 5 min walk to train station. It fulfilled all our expectations. The staff was kind and helpful also.

Very clean. The staff was extremely nice & helpful & gave us all the important information we needed to know. Walking distance from the Train Station was very convenient.

We stayed in a family room, the main bedroom was huge and kids bedroom had a decent size. There was a bathtub, which in Europe is a luxury thing!

Glenn was wonderful and took me to a gorgeous room overlooking the garden, beautiful Belgium linen and 2 chocs by the bedside table.. Delicious coffee in the morning and I met the amazing Alix who designed the place, def had that womens touch. It was like a 10 star hotel and yet so tranquil to stay.

Typical Ibis hotel but in a great location and the beds were comfy. Made for a nice place for our 2 day stay.

Fantastic welcome, we were given a map & the receptionist pointed out very helpful information for us. The beds were so comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was amazing, I have allergies & daughter a vegetarian, they went above & beyond in providing a lot of choice. Feels so homely, all the staff were super friendly & helpful. Beautiful hotel, loved the Art Deco/Nouveau features. You can even borrow books. Being able to have a stretch out in the pool after a long day travelling was lovely, really nice temperature. Also a plus that you have it privately for an hour. Great location, close to a beautiful park & the museums.

it smells clean even at the corridors. The bed was amazing, they had managed the space really well, super clean, I loved that the had a mini fridge and the location is just great. I cant believe the price I payed compare to the rest of the accommodations in the centre.

The building is located in a very nice street, with a very beatiful view of the opera building and the location is unbeatable, in the heart of Ghent, so everywhere is walking distance. I also walked from Sint-Pieters train station and saw the city park as well. The room was perfectly clean and spacious, warm and cozy in winter, and it has all the things I needed, even a smart tv. Check-in and check-out was very smooth with clear instructions and communication. I definitely would stay again and easily recommend this room.

Great place, clean and tidy. The staff were one of the best we’ve ever met… so polite and helpful. We arrived on a weekend and our buss was late. They waited for us after their working hours which was 14:00. The reception girl gave us a map and showed us the best ways to wonder the streets and everything we needed. Location is great- 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
