The building is located in a very nice street, with a very beatiful view of the opera building and the location is unbeatable, in the heart of Ghent, so everywhere is walking distance. I also walked from Sint-Pieters train station and saw the city park as well. The room was perfectly clean and spacious, warm and cozy in winter, and it has all the things I needed, even a smart tv. Check-in and check-out was very smooth with clear instructions and communication. I definitely would stay again and easily recommend this room.

Beautiful hotel with tall ceilings and luxurious decoration style. Very friendly staff that helped us a lot, including; opening the breakfast buffet early for us, printing out document,s and suggesting good places to eat. They also helped send by mail some items that we forgot in one of the rooms - I fully recommend!
