Location is perfect, near the city center

Amazing location, great food, superb staff. They also packed a generous breakfast box for us on a morning when we had to travel early for an excursion. The hotel is very chic and comfortable.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location on the canal front was lovely

Secure parking for the motorcycles .The rooms were very clean the bed was very comfortable The staff on reception were very helpful and efficient and were able to answer all questions about the area .we only had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent somegthing there to suit all taste's. I would highly recommend Castelnou Aparthotel.

Very happy with our stay here. The city center is a 25-minute walk away, but it was a pleasant walk. We had connecting rooms as a family of 4 and everything was perfect. Comfy beds and very clean. Our children had a great time playing table tennis at the hotel! It was also one of the most budget friendly hotels we found, considering Belgium prices. Overall, very pleased!

Everything is amazing-location, interior, service,communication.

I love the facilities it is highly automated, it was top- notch, very clean and private. 2min. Walk to tram stope, 2min walk to supermarket and 11 min. Walk to the boat tour. I will be 🔙 next Summer.

Friendly staff and a good location, close to city center and coffee shops and restaurants.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced, but there was a long, narrow staircase to climb, which could be tiring if you had large luggage. Everything else was great.

Possibly the best overall experience we have had. The job the owners have done in converting/updating the property is very good and everything was as new. We particularly liked the breakfasts, the spa (room for two only but very nicely set up) and the shower. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, without exception. A modest walk into the centre of Ghent, the hotel is in a quiet and safe position. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room also. It is an old monatery and you could feel it. We didn't have breakfast in the restaurant, but it looked great too.
