I recently spent my weekend getaway at this hotel in Bahrain, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything was perfectly handled. The employees were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The customer service was top-tier — every request was met with a smile, and the team consistently went above and beyond. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm, relaxing, and vibrant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful escape. My room had a beautiful city and canal view, with a cozy ambiance that made it hard to leave. Everything was spotless, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. The views from the room are magnificent. Additional bonus is a bathtub suurounded by glass windows from which you can admire the view over the city and sea. Great value deal.

I stayed at the Merchant House in Manama for 2 nights. All the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were sparkling clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace and it was wonderful. Location was very central, short distance by taxi to all the landmarks. Loved the design of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Manama.
