Clean, spacious and had coffee in room. The lobby had a convenient snack shop and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausages, bacon and even waffles. There was also fruit, cereals and juice as well as coffee.

Breakfast is OK (toasts, cold boiled eggs, pancakes, muffins, butter, jam, cereal, tea, coffee, juice, apples and oranges). Great location - it's easy to get to the city center by CT Calgary trasit train. There is a microwave, fridge, cooker and coffee maker in the room.

We stayed here as its right near Banff Trail C Train stop which takes you right to Stampede with no changing so it was perfect for Stampede. Hotel is a bit dated and the style was not to my taste but that's personal preference. Breakfast spread was good. There is a precinct 3 min walk away with a liquor store and various fast food places. The Vietnamese restaurant did good takeaway. 15 mins by train from the heart of Calgary. Nothing really in the immediate vicinity tho so you have to travel out for stuff really.
