The location is excellent ... right in the heart of Upper Old Quebec, close to the funicular to Lower Old Quebec. Excellent hotel, great staff. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

All amenities are of a high standard. Bed comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Big dresser in room for all the bits you accumulate in 4 days. Centrally located in Old Quebec. Easy walking to all the sites, shops and restaurants. Short walk to railway station to Montreal. Car hire office in building with pickup in hotel car park. Laundry a short walk to Rue St Ursule. Breakfast buffet high standard.

This is not a normal hotel. Its a renovated part of a still active monastery. Meaning its calm. Quiet. Peaceful. You can join the nuns in prayer if you want. The staff are lovely and kind. Extra props to the kitchen staff for the beautiful breakfast box they made for us on our last day. If i ever find myself in Quebec again i hope to stay at this beautiful place again.

For the breakfast restaurant: It was decent. Food was good. Nice atmosphere. There's a bit of a wait (almost an hour). As non-hotel customers are served before hotel voucher customers. There was a bit of a weird moment where the waiter spilled hot tea all over the table and the floor and told us to calm down and not to be upset and it's just tea in a strangely flippant way. He did this before we even said a word... I wasn't angry and accidents do happen, but it was strangely handled and he walked away without a sorry. Other than that, all the meals were nice there.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful cozy place and amazing location. I will for sure come back again!

This hotel was in the best location for walking around the Old Town. Clean, lots of natural light in the room, and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect. Room was wide and comfortable and so was the bed.

They upgraded us to a big room; bed was soft but overall everything was excellent. Due to renovations breakfast was served in hotel bar ( continental) or down the street at a cafe( hot) and both were very good. The hotel bar is very comfortable and relaxing space for a drink in the evening.

It's a lovely place basic but well maintained with refrigerator. Location is awesome at the heart of the old city near the funicular Dufferin Terrace The kitchen is public but very clean. Overall we enjoy the place very much in a great location
