Excellent. Great location, big space in the room with all the things you need. Very kind and nice staff, friendly and helpful. Good rest, very quiet street. It also has a nice cafe.

Excellent facilities for my stay. I enjoyed room upgrade which was very convenient for early breakfasts in the room. Very polite staff, helped me with luggage delay from the airport.

The staff was incredibly attentive and patient. The location is very good. I felt safe the whole trip. The bed was very confortable and good space in the bathroom.

Cleqn and close to centre bell

The staff were very helpful. We arrived very early and they helped move all our luggage- into one of their offices and when we left the next day they helped load the car. The breakfast which was unexpected was included- it was basic - continental but more than sufficient. Breakfast room very busy so plan to go early. Walking distance to most places but really a short uber around to central tourist areas. I would stay here again as it was good value for what we paid and close to what we needed.

Close to centre of Montreal and Place des Arts metro station

Great location, only few minutes walk to the downtown, many nice cafes and restaurant in the area, helpful staff and smooth check-in and check-out. Can only recommend and would definitely stay again!

from the time we got out of our car, we were greeted by friendly employees. once checked in, the macaroons and pastries in the room that seemed homemade were outstanding. The bathroom was the best, amazing. the bar was great. we did not dine there but had some drinks. Overall, great value. I tried to stay there again a couple weeks later but was sold out. The best Ritz that I have ever been to.

Weekend brunch was exceptional. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Room service food and staff were on point. Staff in general went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite room. The room was fantastic, extremely comfortable and well appointed. My spouse was very impressed with the quality of the room.
