It’s in a perfect location, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was great (hot water, good pressure in the shower), bed comfortable and very quiet.

Excellent facilities for my stay. I enjoyed room upgrade which was very convenient for early breakfasts in the room. Very polite staff, helped me with luggage delay from the airport.

The staff was incredibly attentive and patient. The location is very good. I felt safe the whole trip. The bed was very confortable and good space in the bathroom.

Fantastique! Everything was terrific from the moment I arrived until I left. The fitness center is as good as any hotel's that I have stayed in and was essentially a small health club. The staff accommodated my need to practice French and switched to English the two times when I had to completely understand everything with no misinterpretation. I noticed that I had lost my luggage tag the night before leaving and the front desk gave me exact directions to a store a few hundred meters away and I learned the French words, un tag de valise, in the process.

Beds were comfortable and decor was unique. The shower was amazing.

Good location, a bit expensive

The room is amazing. Looks like a apartment with full kitchen and tube on bathroom. The location is good but you need walk 6min to subway.

The house is beautifully appointed and conveniently located. There is a great pub and convenience store across the road. We loved the extra Christmas decorations for the season.

We loved the hotel! It was perfect for our family of four, the room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, the kids loved the pool and most of all they loved the breakfast included in our stay. It was an extensive spread of bagels and breads, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice and the coffee was even delicious. Couldn't ask for more!

We have been travelling for a couple of weeks across America and Canada. This was the most modern accomodation we have stayed in but done in a very elegant way. The gym facilities have been the best out of all the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The room was spacious with ample linen and supplies and I loved having a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and adequate utensils. I liked that it was walking distance to many places of interest especially as a transit strike started during my stay. In addition the area felt very safe, day and night. The staff were very friedly and efficient. From the manager to the maids. We got a change of room easily at the start and a glitch with a safe was easily dealt with.

The hotel was clean and staff were so obliging and friendly. Absolutely loved it and will recommend to others.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a corner suite room. The room was fantastic, extremely comfortable and well appointed. My spouse was very impressed with the quality of the room.

Extremely new, clean and spacious room. Its claning service was pretty good in that of changing all towels and re-arranging around beds.
