All the sightseeing spots were nearby. The stuff were friendly and accomodating.

I love the structure of the building and the designs inside are beautiful. All of the employees are very accommodating , helpful and kind. I will rate my stay 10/10 i will definitely comeback here.

Room is more spacious than I thought and they can arrange connecting room for us which is a surprise for us. Furniture are very clean. I have a habit to clean desk, table with alcohol before taking out my belongings. The tissue is so white and clean that even after cleaning. Many sockets for adapter. I love the gym room. Concierge worked extra miles to reserve table for us despite the restaurant keep asking for credit card number but concierge turned them down😊

Guest reservations went above and beyond to acknowledge a birthday. Without question the best service we have received in years. Thank you Keely!

Everything was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful! The room was clean. We had some issues with the couch, but staff tried to help us and solve the problem. Breakfast was good. Maybe I'll add more vegetables. thank you very much for moving our reservation. Without any hesitation, we'll come back.

Great location at the waterfront. Large rooms with a fantastic view over the Vancouver harbour. Best place in town!

A very comfortable place to stay with access to everything. Central location was great and with access to the shopping center adjacent - we had lost a bag and needed to replace clothes etc. Great information and responsiveness from staff. The breakfast room and availability was excellent, especailly when we had a very early start to catch transport to our next destination. A very relaxed and reliable service. Thank you from NZ

I like the mini living room before the main bedroom. The entire space was cozy.

We stayed in this hotel as we were on our way to our honeymoon in Hawaii and happened to have a one day layover in Calgary. It was just at the first snow, the city had such a cosy air to it. This hotel was simply incredible. The suite was super clean and stylish. Bathrooms hyper modern, breakfast perfect. 10/10
