Great location, nice modern room with comfy bed and appreciated the coffee machine. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful when needed.

Absolutely everything. From the style of the rooms, the setup of the hotel, and the location. If you want to be pampered with TV, jacuzzi, etc. Please book elsewhere instead of giving a poor rating. This is a hotel for those who want to extend their experience of old Québec to their hotel and does it exceptionally well.

Very central location with restaurants very close by. Close to historical buildings and where trips can be joined.

Location was walking distance to the train station and the old town.

The view and the room were great!!

The hotel is relatively close to Via Rail, so I walked to the hotel without much inconvenience. Access to the hotel and room was easy with the directions given to me by the host. The room I stayed in has a great view of the harbor and is very close to the tourist attractions in the area.

Perfect location between Frontenac and the Citadel. 2minutes walk from the Boardwalk

Great location, nice staff, and good room even had a fridge.

We had a suite and it was perfect for our family of 4 - so spacious with living room and kitchenette. The hotel was in a great part of Quebec close to great restaurants in a quieter location on the edge of the old town, but still an easy walk to the old town.

Very good location and a lovely hotel. Very comfortable room and we did get a beautifull view. All very clean and thought through. Very attentive staff. Lovely stay all together. We would choose it again.

I loved everything about the hotel, my room and Quebec City. The only problem was my short stay - I'd have loved to have stayed a few more days!
