I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!

Access to Rogers place without going outdoors, city centre, dining options, exceptionally clean rooms and building, great security features.

It was oh anniversary and they made it special. Champaign and treat and nice towel display.

Vote was clean, beds were comfortable and the restaurant had great food at decent prices.

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Edmonton was truly enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms that offered both comfort and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, while the complimentary breakfast added great value to the overall experience. I especially liked the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to rest well throughout my stay. The fast Wi-Fi and made the visit even more stress-free as it made my communication with family and friends back home stress-free. Its convenient location, quiet environment, and excellent amenities made it a wonderful place to stay, and I would gladly return again.

Very clean, staff is very attentive. Great location, close to all things downtown. Quiet, which we (a Toronto couple) really appreciate. Excellent and hot breakfast, staff service was so on point! Toronto hotels should learn a thing or two☺️

Super large apartment, very helpful and friendly staff. Good location down town for local transport.

The location is very good as you have all Restaurants nearby and you can quickly go to downtown if you want. The breakfast buffet had enough choice and was of high quality. You can park your car in the nearby parking lot or you can use the valet parking service offered by the hotel.

Fabulous small hotel in terrific location. A real gem. I love how helpful the staff were: for example, on my request they put a kettle and a microwave in my room. It was possible to open a window. It was possible to completely adjust the temperature in my room to my liking. Within less than one block of the hotel were several restaurants which did take away. There was also a small convenience store and many charming boutiques.

The women at the front desk was exceptional

This place i.relax and the and the local restraughts are good in the area. Beds are great and staff are super friendly.

Chateau Louis Hotel is strategically locating in convenient place. The staff, meals and room are excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.

Very quiet. Easily accessible for our needs.
