Amazing customer service from the reception staff, they really looked after us. Easy parking, great location! Decided to upgrade to the Sterling Suite and it was a great size with comfy bed.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!

Access to Rogers place without going outdoors, city centre, dining options, exceptionally clean rooms and building, great security features.

Super large apartment, very helpful and friendly staff. Good location down town for local transport.

The location is very good as you have all Restaurants nearby and you can quickly go to downtown if you want. The breakfast buffet had enough choice and was of high quality. You can park your car in the nearby parking lot or you can use the valet parking service offered by the hotel.

I didn't have a credit card and their debit wasn't cooperating they gave me the option to pay with cash and also gave me free underground parking. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you guys so much

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.
