Clean and very comfortable bed, with coffee machine and fridge in our room. Car parking was also easy to access. Reception staff very friendly. Metro station in close walking distance with good service takes 25 minutes into city centre.

Exactly what i needed. Fantastic View Large room Nice gym Decent breakfast Staff very friendly Very good quality/ price in a calm neigborhood Starbucks Just in front Mall on the other side of the highway

Staff were amazing, very welcoming and they managed to let us check-in few hours early which was such a time saver for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for an area close to downtown (not a walking distance, around 5-6 km away) but still very much accessible.

The front line officers were friendly.

I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

Everything was great, from the trip to the moment I arrived. Jenny was incredibly friendly and warm, and offered me all sorts of help! The facilities were lovely and my room was clean.

Quiet place, 24h McDonald's in 300m (was very convenient as we arrived late), everything was clean and new. My bf was also excited to get the shower view right from the bed xD

The staff were so helpful! They answered all my questions, were very generous with their time.

Comfort, quality, and cleanliness of the the room. Staffs' willingness to provide anything I needed. Breakfasts were amazing and served at a convenient time.

Spacious room, complimentary coffee

The price, location, cleanliness

Convenient location really close to YUL. Kind and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and modern rooms.

Everything is brand-spanking new, clean and well furnished. The restaurant downstairs is great and convenient. Staff was welcoming and the location is very central and fun.

Lovely staff, easy communication and great food in the cafe

Everything was great. Clean en spacious room, with everything you might need. Excellent service. Would absolutely recommend.

The close proximity to Billy Bishop. It was clean and cozy.

I would rate the hotel 11/10, staff were so friendly and nice. Room service is 10/10, they provided us everything we asked for. Would definitely book again on our next trip. I actually booked the Standard but since it was my birthday, the staff were so nice so they upgraded our room to king room, which is a bigger room with nice views. breakfast was good too!

The staff was incredibly attentive and patient. The location is very good. I felt safe the whole trip. The bed was very confortable and good space in the bathroom.

It’s in a perfect location, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was great (hot water, good pressure in the shower), bed comfortable and very quiet.

from the time we got out of our car, we were greeted by friendly employees. once checked in, the macaroons and pastries in the room that seemed homemade were outstanding. The bathroom was the best, amazing. the bar was great. we did not dine there but had some drinks. Overall, great value. I tried to stay there again a couple weeks later but was sold out. The best Ritz that I have ever been to.

Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room size is clean and larger than the other and the bed are comfy.
