The heated pool was excellent and the staff on hand were quite pleasant and handled requests with ease. The room was larger than expected, a bit colder as well, and the bed was absolutely a wonder to sleep in.

The staff were very friendly and the air conditioning was incredible, cooled us down as soon as we walked into the lobby. The room was on a very high floor and so the view with the half circle windows was incredible and we could see a lot of the city. The hotel is linked directly to the metro with a separate lift from the lobby which makes it ideal for getting around.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I chose the hotel because it was only a couple minute walk to shopping. We had breakfast the next morning - lots of options and all delicious!

This can be interesting and in winter allows you to get out of the cold BUT it can be confusing. The halls and walkways are endless and confusing. Best to go in and then take a subway inside the halls to get to a specific place. Easy to get lost.

In our most recent visit, we visited a few local restaurants in the downtown and Old Montreal areas. We also visited the Underground City (part of it) and walked among the massive Saturday night crowd.
