The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows were perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless as well. Breakfast had plenty of options and not crowded. Location was central, close to the parking as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

First of all, this stay was a suprise for my mother's birthday and her and my father really loved the place. I will have to thank a lot to the great staff, because all of them and Mrs. Tamara were really nice. They helped me prepare a little surprise for my mother and also they treated my parents amazing while they were there. Mrs. Tamara was lovely, because she also hand wrote a letter for my mom in Romanian, which obviously is not her language. I recommend this place with all my heart!

Perfect location, everything is nearby. Hotel is really nice, looks better from inside than from outside.

The staff is very helpful and took special care. We were a large group with kids and they made sure we were comfortable and could have fun without disturbing other guests

We checked out very early in the morning so we couldn't have breakfast. The hotel owner prepared kindly prepared meal box for us. I appreciate he and his wife very much.

I can’t express how grateful we are for the incredible hospitality we experienced at this hotel. We arrived drenched from a heavy rain and asked for an early check-in. Despite the odd hour and no staff being physically present at the hotel, they went above and beyond to find a solution and ensure we received our keys without any hassle, and it was all free of charge! Our situation didn’t end there—every piece of clothing we had was soaked. The hotel personnel were absolute lifesavers, taking all our wet garments and putting them into a drying machine. This kind gesture was just what we needed after such a rough start to our day. As if that wasn’t enough, we were sitting in our room with no dry clothes when the hotel staff brought us a pan full of hot tomato soup. It was incredibly delicious, rich with herbs, and it warmed us right up. This thoughtful touch truly made our stay unforgettable. Considering the extremely low price of our stay, we expected something really simple and maybe even a bit shabby. However, it was completely the opposite! The service and amenities were outstanding. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort is unparalleled. Thank you for turning a miserable day into a memorable stay!

Beautifully renovated, very clean and simple, but all you need. They don’t serve breakfast but there’s a lovely cafe around the corner which opens at 8am

Very nice studio apartman with modern and comfortable furniture. I liked the big round dining table and the suprizing welcome drink that we could chose in the restaurant from the drink menu including coctails.

Hotel DOM offers 5 studios, which are small apartments. They are located on the 4th floor of a tenement house located 250 meters from the main train station in St. Gallen (you can easily get around on foot, even with large luggage), 600 meters from the cathedral and 850 meters from the Kunstmuseum. There is an elevator in the building. The studio I was in (No. 1) was cozy and adequate to my needs. The kitchen is equipped with appliances enabling you to prepare your own meals (small oven, induction hob, pots, pans, electric kettle, coffee maker, small fridge). The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The area is quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely view from the windows. The studios are definitely an offer aimed at people traveling alone.

The staff were first class and the breakfasts were delicious.

We loved the wallpaper in the textile room. The room is big enough for a couple and the view of the city is amazing. We visited when the restaurant was closed, so we had ample parking.

The hotel is very clean, modern and very comfortable. It exceed my expectations. The staff is very attentive.
