CanadaThe staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is absolutely great, the bed is comfortable, the shower is big, the amenities wonderful. The location was right next to lac Léman, with views on the water, can't ask for more. This hotel is well worth the cost.

Super nice hotel, perfectly located in Lausanne Ouchy on Lake Geneva. Rooms are beautiful and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Booked early and was great value for money given the type of hotel and season

We love this hotel , but only in the lake view rooms. It’s position in ouchy is great and we always try and stay here

Hotel is surrounded by residential. A bit far to ouchy. Room is clean and innovative, quiet. Bad mattress.

Location close to Lake Geneva, IMD, the Olympic Museum, and the Ouchy Metro station. Easy to reach by car. Room was quiet. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and is delicious. An affordable public parking garage is just across the street if hotel parking is not available.

It was close to the metro station Ours, which was good if coming by train from le gare or boat from Ouchy. It was also close to some good restaurants. It had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It had a reasonably priced breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were modern and clean. All in all an excellent experience. I wish all hotels had this high standard.

I liked the location, the room, the breakfast, the subway being 10 meters from the hotel's entrance. The hotel is near the old center of the town, and a few subway stops away from the lake at Ouchy.

Parking space at rear for my motorcycle 🏍, pleasant reception staff and staff throughout my stay.
Aged hotel but clean & functional.
Explored area & headed for Metro nearby to Ouchy.
Shower 🚿 was OK, but facilities are shared down corridor.
Kept window open as no a / c or, indeed, a fan but was noisy through early part of night.

Beautiful hotel located on the side of The Lake. Ouchy is easy to walk around with plenty of restaurants/bars.
Great location for the ferries and Metro.
