Everything. Special thanks to Rosa and the guys from the breakfast team for their kindness

Very nice and clean hotel, the location is great! The room is spacious enough, there is everything you might need. Very quiet at night, which is a big plus

The staff were awsome Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable

The room was gorgeous, very pretty and very clean. The outdoor area was the best, beautiful bar and restaurant with a view of the lake and the outdoor pool felt like a hidden gem. Absolutely happy to recommend. The Guerlain spa was to die for!

The spacious suites and big bathrooms.

Lovely balcony. Cosy room. Great location to the train

It was wonderfuk stay for us, just in front of Lausanne Gare train station and next to Metro station. Got free ticket for all local transport by the hotel which is a big plus point. Out of all europe tour right from Frankfurt, Basel, Lauterbrunnen, Lausanne & Geneva, lausanne hotel continental was the best

Location, staff, room size - excellent!

Nice and clean. Perfect location

Comfortable bed and pillows, clean room and bathroom

It was everything we wanted for our short stay in Laussane. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and spacious. Also good location, close enough to the coty center but quiet neighbourhood. Free parking and 3 restaurants near.

The location was closed to the town, the customer service was excellent and smooth.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems with communication. The room was nice and clean, we recieved good service.

Excellent accommodation great staff fabulous location

Our lake side room was amazing and the Veiw was excellent. Location was good with 15 mins walk to the centre for the ferry terminal to go around the lake.

Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable and well equipped room, very good breakfast, parking on site

The space/room was really well designed/ efficient use of the space with everything you need for a business stay (iron, place to hang your clothes, good shower, hair drier etc.

An absolutely kind, friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the train station, the hotel is located in a surprisingly calm place with no disturbing noises during the night.

Reception shows kind hospitality.

We liked the good location and the great staff. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier than our scheduled check-in time, which was very necessary after a long trip. He also gave us a card for free public transportation.

The location and the restaurants

This is an excellent hotel not very far from Lausanne's main train station but on a pedestrian road so you don't really notice you are 2 minutes to the station. The hotel gave us a modern and spacious bedroom and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice. The hotel has 2 restaurants (Italian and Thai) so you can eat there if it is raining outside (as it did quite a few times during our stay :( The staff at the hotel are very polite and they always welcome you with a smile (especially David).
