Amazing new year decoration. Amazing staff. Right vibe. Super quality restaurant

2-minute walk away from the hospitals!

Honestly - the best stay. It’s one of the cheapest option I’ve ever stayed at & one of the nicest. Of course the interior isn’t the freshest & most fancy, but people who work there are amazing. ESPECIALLY MAN ARE, the man who was working on 02.11 on the reception (with the Turkish accent???) a bit bigger guy, not the thin one, I am shocked from his hospitality and friendliness. He helped me with the lobby after check out and even opened for me cola zero I ordered tho he isn’t a waiter. Thank you. Wish I could have cash with me to thank him 😭😭😭

Beautiful classy hotel. Great staff, room, breakfast, position, quality..... everything. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly . It was a wonderful stay for us and our clients.

The hotel, the rooms, the spa, the breakfast, the views, the location, everything was amazing!

A stunning hotel with elegant decor, exceptional service, and a perfect lakeside location. The room upgrade, comfy bed, thoughtful details like a free minibar, and great gym made it a flawless stay. I only wish I had stayed longer — 10/10!

The location is exceptionnel. We had rooms with Lake view and it was beautiful to wake up facing the raising sun over the lake. The simple room is a bit small in comparaison to the double rooms. The old fashion decor makes the charm of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was nice, even though a bit pricy especially for kids. My kid received at arrival a bag with a leaflet about things to do in Lausanne with some crayons, which was much appreciated as well as free cards for public transport. The beautiful playground nearby is an added plus when traveling with young children.

Very clean, quiet, very well equipped and well located.

The hotel was very close to the metro station, and it was very easy to find. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. We also received free public transport passes, which included discounts for some museums. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided every day. The breakfast was very good. It’s definitely worth it! If I visit Lausanne again, I would definitely stay here.

Everything was fine. Cleanliness, staff, rooms. Just perfect.

The facilities exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Everything was very up to date and clean. It was quiet and I was able to reserve two rooms next to each other.

Absolutely beautiful place and very kind and welcoming hosts. The room exceeded my expectations: high wooden ceilings and a balcony overlooking nearby farmland and down to the lake. Peaceful and tranquil setting, and a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. Our dog was also very welcome. We booked dinner and breakfast, and both were fantastic, with high quality local produce with a lovely selection, lots of vegetables and salad, from a buffet. Beautiful terraces, one behind the building and one through the restaurant. A lovely "meditative path" through the woodland for a pre-dinner stroll, and the birds from the woodland provide a beautiful soundtrack of birdsong to the whole experience.

Beautiful location with fantastic views, spacious room & comfortable. Loved staying here & our room was upgraded

Excellent accommodation great staff fabulous location

Rm 603-Room has been recently renovated and was super clean and modern. Pretty small but suitable for one person as intended. Comfortable bed, lovely big shower but very low pressure. Reception and cleaning girls nice and friendly and helpful. TV had English channels which was great for a change. Chocolate was very nice from the fountain.

The view on the cathedral. The water carafe. The breakfast.

Friendly staff, nice room, convenient parking, great location!

The attic apartment that we had is so cool! The many steps to the very top of the building are well worth it. It is cosy, but at the same time modern, clean and super practical furnished with all you need (hooks, mirror, etc) and not encombered with useless stuff. Just perfect.

Great hotel. I liked everything.

Excellent accomodation! Well cleaned, big shower. Amazing staff, very well located.

We got a superior twin room with terrace and it was the best experience we have so far had with hotels in Europe. Very clean, really good and accessible parking and very quiet rooms and polite and helpful staff - this hotel is literally in another league.

Perfect location nerby metro and train station, city public transport for free with the hotel voucher. Room is very well furnished and bigger than standart hotel rooms with nice balcony. We enjoyed stay here!
