Very convenient for a short trip

Easy to find and accessible to everything.

Excellent location and a very spacious suite that had a partial lake view! It was my son’s birthday and the hotel staff had organized a cake and small gifts as a surprise at the arrival in our room! Very lovely gesture! The reception staff were all very nice and the newly renovated parts of the hotel are beautiful. We would definitely stay again as very good value for money.

Excellent service! Reception, breakfast service, rooms, all fantastic. Very close to trainstation, waterfront, by foot. Very nice hotel with good atmosphere and amazing breakfast buffet! Definetly recommended.

Very good location, Just 2 blocks from the train station and also from Pont du Mont-Blanc. Bed was really comfortable and personal care amenities like this hotel offers you only can have in more luxurious and expensive hotels. Also the hotel offers some discounts at chocolate stores and restaurants :)

The location is convenient and all the staff is friendly and helpful. Especial Ms Shuruq whom wiling to keep my luggage which I need to travelling to next city before my flight. Really appreciate and happy that I have make a right choices to stay here. Highly recommended to enjoy your holidays with Hotel Les Arcades.

The room is clean, the transportation near by is really convenient , we took the bus from the airport to here.

Central location, private parking spot, big and clean room

Perfect stay ! I stayed for one night in a single room overlooking the garden. It had a shared bathroom, but it had a sink in the bedroom. It was clean, well equipped, quiet, comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The checkin was quick and friendly. The hotel itself is in a large old house in huge gardens. It has tall ceilings and an early-mid 20th century charm. The location is perfect for Geneva.

Front desk amazing. I had a medical emergency in Switzerland ( and I don’t speak French). Front desk translated to taxi to get me there asap.
