Great hotel, great location and nice facilities.

Very cozy and clean. Good quality breakfast.

From first moment we reached all the staffs were nice and supportive.

Super friendly staff. That always makes a difference.

Location is great. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

The staff are exceptional and very friendly

The staff was amazing and so kind! We really enjoyed the breakfast, we were amazed at how spacious our room was, and the location was perfect for walking, train, and taxi.

Everything was excellent from the welcome at reception, the service was impeccable. As always.

The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast included in the price and the accommodation was well connected with the city centre by tram or buses. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants around, so getting something to eat is not an issue even though the property is located in an industrial area.

Affordable, comfortable room and good location

Ibrahim at the front desk is exceptional!

The staff was excellent and the lady that checked us in deserves five stars

The confortable that is to stay there and move to France or Switzerland

Loved the public transportation right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful terrace with a play area for the kids. Kid friendly. Overall a great experience for an exceptional price!

Efficient friendly clean quiet. Delicious tapas at the bar and the option of a tray to take it up to your room!

I booked the basic single room with shared bathroom and when I arrived I found I had been given a larger twin room with its own shower and wash basin PLUS a private balcony! Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a three night stay. The toilet was shared amongst the handful of rooms on the floor but was kept very clean and tidy. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was efficient and very friendly. AC everywhere in the hotel was a blessing in the crushing summer heatwave. Little tip if you're traveling with kids: rooms that are facing west have large windows and a direct view on train tracks, if your kid is into trains at all, they'll be delighted :)

The staff was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a great time and that we had everything we needed!

Clean amenities, friendly staff, ability to reserve parking, location, noise insulation, great breakfast

The breakfast staff are very friendly, the dining room kept very clean. The food there is healthy, a good variety and I love the orange press. The receptionists were also great. When I arrived I expected the room to be noisy, being above a mall, near a waterpark, and adjacent to the elevator but it was not, it was a very quiet room with good soundproofing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay with the family to visit France, Italy & Switzerland. A supermarket in the same building, and the Pizza place in the mall is a great place to have dinner btw.
