We loved everything: cosy rooms with mountain view, lovely lobby, tasty breakfast, very professional and kind staff, and for skiers: ski lift closeby and ski pass and ski rentals directly from the hotel. As a musician I appreciated also the live jazz concert in the evening at Vic’s bar! This hotel is a pure delight, thank you

We stayed two nights, too little for how much there was to do and how much the location offered us. We received from the owners free travel tickets for public transport and for climbing the surrounding mountains with the cable car, the cogwheel train. Free parking in front of the hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, all the conditions for a pleasant stay.

Everything was amazing, comfortable bed, nice interior design, high quality materials. Spa is one of the best.

The location in Bivio is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The room was great, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved this hotel!!! Every aspect exceeded our already high expectations. The location is amazing overlooking the mountains and super close to the ski hill. A local informed us that Suvretta is one of the most luxurious areas of Switzerland, but the price for quality of this particular hotel is very reasonable due to its non-profit nature! The breakfast, the spa, and the room itself were all fantastic and the staff were very friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!

The property was beautifully situated with stunning mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, and the resort was exceptionally well maintained and spotless almost brand new. We loved how spacious the rooms were, especially the separate bunk bed area for the kids. The bathroom was also large, with laundry facilities available, and the sauna area was absolutely amazing.

My wife and I were surprised by the facilities of this hotel. The swimming pool and sauna areas both have great atmosphere and very enjoyable to use. The staff was very helpful and offered a great service when we were staying here.
