I loved the staff in the lobby cafe especially, Jerina, Salvatore and Klaus. The concierge was fantastic as well.

The location in Bivio is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The room was great, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Great breakfast . Quiet location in this small village very close to lifts. No night life which we enjoyed. People went for beauty and sports a family resort.

Good location, not so far from St. Moritz, the hotelino is fantastic, the apartman is comfortable and very well-equipped. We stayed here only for 1 night, but we should have stayed more to enjoy the facilities. Absolutely gorgeous!

Amazing reception staff with excellent service, and a very good location.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The person who checked us in made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their hospitality really made a great first impression and contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Very cosy and beautiful typical hotel

Excellent breakfast, with an extensive buffet, in a lovely restaurant, and a chef to cook the eggs. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the shops and the funicular. The car was valet parked for me in the outdoor car park, with a screen cover for ice protection. It was convenient if I needed to return to the car for something. The staff kept clearing away the fresh snow in the car park and on the day we checked out, after heavy snow, one of the guys helped me in fitting snow chains (actually he did it all). The hotel's sauna and roof terrace was a bonus and we also enjoyed the pianist in the lounge. The staff on reception were really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The level of service can't be faulted.
